Where are Jurlique products formulated?
Most of our products are formulated and manufactured at our farm in the Adelaide Hills, South Australia, using organic and biodynamic farming methods.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for products purchased directly from our website. Items must be in their original, unopened packaging to qualify for a full refund.
Are Jurlique products tested on animals?
No, Jurlique is committed to being cruelty-free. We do not conduct animal testing on our products or ingredients, nor do we ask others to do so on our behalf.
